J.P. Roland Fortin Hiking Trail

Val-d'Or, Vallée-de-l'Or

This paved trail runs along the golf course before reaching the Airport Road and climbs a long gentle slope. There are some wooded areas, of the type fir to white birch. This trail leads to the Kinsmen Pavilion, an observation site with a view of the airport.

Directions to the starting point

From Val-d'Or, take 3rd Avenue West. Turn left on 7th Street. The entrance to the trail is located at the intersection of Boulevard des Pins, 1.1 km further on.
